Great food very reasonable especially if you use the rewards they have.
We just love lunch here! Serving fast, dishes good. Highly recommended :)
Love this place. I started coming here back in the mid 90's. It's great to see a restaurant still running strong and still very busy after so many years. All the food is excellent, the staff is professional and attentive. I used to come here for coffee way before there was a Starbucks in Montrose. Better coffee as well!
Awesome food! The pickup is always on time! They really are on top of things. The baked potato soup is the bomb diggity!
Very unprofessional and unorganized establishment with rude staff. I was picking up an order for DoorDash from this location, as I have done multiple times in the past at this Chili's. How DoorDash pick ups have worked at Chili's since corona is you park outside and an employee will come out to your car to assist you (per the instructions they themselves have provided on the DoorDash app - that are still there at this moment) So this is what I did. I arrived, checked in on the app, and waited. About 10 minutes go by and nobody comes out to assist me. I decide to call inside, the lady on the phone says "because we are now open for in person dining you have to come inside to pick up your order" -- I informed her this is not what the instructions provided by the business currently say but no worries I'll come inside. (Indoor dining has been allowed in SD for well over a week now by the way, so they have had time to update this on the app). I come inside as directed and wait for about 3 or so minutes. Eventually an employee comes up and asks if I am picking up an order, I say yes and she informs me there is actually a door on the side of the building near the back that is where you go to pick up mobile orders (maybe something the woman on the phone should have informed me of? - but okay). So I walk to the side of the building and into the side door. It's this TINY little room with 4 people cramped into it (5 including me, 3 customers and 2 employees, no social distancing) As anyone who does DoorDash or any other food delivery service knows oftentimes when picking up orders you simply walk in and the various orders will be sitting on a table, you find yours, get it, and leave. So I walk in, and say to the man behind the counter (I believe a manager based on his attire) "Hi I have an order for X" and I reach down to lightly lift up a receipt taped to the bag to read the name to see if it is my order, which of course is ready at this point as I've already been there waiting for close to 15 minutes. When I touched THE RECEIPT taped to the outside of the bag he got livid and raised his voice, speaking extremely disrespectfully and saying "DO NOT TOUCH THE BAGS SIR, WE DON'T WANT ANY CROSS CONTAMINATION" -- I said "okay? I was just checking the receipt to see if it was my order"... to which he replied (again very disrespectfully) "WE DON'T WANT ANY CROSS CONTAMINATION, YOU WON'T TOUCH ANYTHING UNTIL SOMEONE ASSISTS YOU" I just said okay and began waiting while he sat on the computer for FIVE MINUTES working on some other order, I guess. Finally, after standing there for 5 minutes another employee came into the room and asked if I was picking up an order and for the name. I said yes for X. She went and grabbed the bag (which was sitting right in front of us this entire time) and handed it to me. This is a 20 minute ordeal which should have taken literally 10 seconds if they 1. Updated their pickup instructions on the app. And 2. Allowed drivers to simply pick up their orders. Indeed, right after I picked up this order I picked up a second order from Chipotle down the street - they have their mobile orders sitting on a counter ready for pickup. I was inside Chipotle for literally
